Recent Sussex, VA Reckless Speeding Cases All Reduced, 100 Percent
This week we had 11 reckless driving speeding charges in Sussex traffic court. All 11 cases were reduced, and most of our clients avoided points.
Virginia Reckless Driving is a Criminal Misdemeanor if you are Convicted
It carries the following potential consequences:
- up to 12 months in jail
- up to a $2500 fine
- up to a 6 month license suspension
- permanent criminal record if you are convicted
- insurance rate increases, or worse, getting dropped from coverage
