Before the client retained me, he was unable to appear in Dinwiddie Traffic Court for his trial. As a result, he was convicted of Reckless Driving (85/70) in his absence. After learning the consequences of a Reckless Driving conviction , he decided to hire me to appeal his conviction to Dinwiddie Circuit Court. Please note that a Speeding Ticket or Reckless Driving Ticket conviction in any General District Court in the Commonwealth of Virginia can be appealed to Circuit Court within 15 days of conviction.
