Prince George VA Reckless Driving Cases Reduced 90 mph and 89 mph

It is HIGHLY unusual to reduce charges of 90 mph and 89 mph for reckless driving by speed ALL the way to a non moving violation that has no points. When a charge gets reduced this low, there are no insurance issues and it is as good as a dismissal. See the following two cases we did this week in Prince George, Virginia traffic court:

And here is the 89 mph case:

Every case is unique and past results do not predict the future.

It can carry up to 12 months in jail, although jail time at 90 mph in Prince George is rare. However, convictions are not rare. And if you are convicted of misdemeanor reckless driving, it is not the same thing as a traffic infraction.

Misdemeanors can often have consequences that go way beyond your normal traffic violation. Call today to get a free consultation on your case.
