Today in Dinwiddie General District Court, my client was found not guilty after a trial in Dinwiddie Traffic Court. By being found not guilty, he avoided possible jail time, a large fine, license suspension, and points on his driving record.
Reckless driving dismissals don’t happen every day. Typically cases can be dismissed only in the case of an error by the officer, by a legal argument, or after driving school.
