Brunswick, Virginia Attorney Gets 96 mph REDUCED

I am going to highlight two cases. Case number one Leavitt & Martin represented a client charged with reckless driving by speed, 96 mph in a 55 mph zone. To make matters worse, he did not have a license either so he was not even supposed to be driving at the time.

Case number two was with a different lawyer on the same day and with the same exact judge. I am not going to name the other attorney and I have blurred out the name.

We try to put a lot of time and effort into each case and we personally handle each case at Leavitt & Martin. We find that by doing so we can consistently achieve the best results possible for each case. In this case, the normal result is a conviction for reckless driving, jail time (1-10 days in jail), and a license suspension.

Case 1: Brunswick Reckless Driving 96 mph REDUCED to Improper Driving, No Misdemeanor
