Chesterfield reckless driving is a serious matter. Leavitt & Martin specialize in traffic, reckless driving, DUI, and speeding ticket defense.  This week we represented a client in traffic court charged with misdemeanor reckless driving. We prepared the case in such a way that the reckless driving charge was COMPLETELY DISMISSED. Our client didn’t even pay a fine.

The range of punishment for reckless driving is:

  • jail time up to one year
  • fine up to $2500
  • license suspension up to 6 months
  • permanent criminal record if convicted
  • employment and insurance consequences
  • insurance goes up on average $3000-5000 for reckless driving convictions

Chesterfield is not an easy location. And 28 miles per hour over the speed limit is a higher speed offense. This was a great result. Our client was VERY happy.

happy clients
